We M/S. A.Tamburini and C. S.r.l - Via Tazzoli NO3 - 22060 Carugo Como, Italy confirm that an agreement for "Technology transfer" has been reached between us and M/s. Poly Rubber Products - Patanwala Estate - L.B.S. Marg. Ghatkopar (West) - Mumbai- 400086 - India for the rubber linings listed below along with necessary primer and cover adhesives.
The a.m. Technology is successfully transferred and production, installation of linings, have been successfully started. The usage of our registered Trade Mark " Akorros" is permitted to Poly Rubber Products, and we further confirm that areas covered under the agreement are
Pakistan, Bangladesh, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, South Korea, North Korea, People Republic of China and Taiwan.
